The Terraces at Beachside sits at Main Beach which offers a unique park-like setting, complete with a volley ball court, covered picnic areas and barbeque grills for your convenience. The Terraces at Beachside are the closest oceanfront condos on Amelia Island, FL to Historic Centre Street and the island's Victorian beach town, Fernandina Beach. Historic Fernandina Beach offers many unique shopping and dining experiences for every visitor! The Terraces at Beachside is a quiet and cozy accommodation with only 15 units total. For the most in comfort and security there are interior halls complete with elevator service and covered parking lots. The Terraces at Beach side is wonderful for a romantic getaway or reserve multiple rooms for that much needed family vacation. Lots of place to eat within walking distance. They did not have a wine bottle opener but luckily our friends were staying next door in a much bigger condo and were provided with one it their unit.

Perfect Getaway.

Second time staying. Can't wait to get back. Really love the place. Once we arrive we walk everywhere we go. Restaurants near by are excellent. We spend as much time as possible on the beach and you can't get much closer if you tried. Room was very clean. Upgrades to room are perfect. Family staying next door walked over and loved the unit. They are interested in staying here too.

Great condo and perfect location!

I stayed with my husband, 1 year old son and my mother. Condo was in a perfect location, right on the beach and within walking to shops and restaurants! Check in was easy and many other families staying in the property. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location, Would Stay Again

This condo offered a perfect location by being just steps away from the beach, and a short drive to the historic downtown area for restaurants and shopping. There was also a restaurant right beside the condo, mini golf, and more. The condo was exactly as described. The only downside to the condo itself was not having any drawers/storage for your clothing except the hangers in the closet. Also, we got a little nervous when check-in was for 4 pm, and at 3:20 pm we still hadn’t received the access codes, but they came around 3:30/3:40, which was fine since we arrived right at 4 pm. We would stay here again.

Overall a great experience. I was very happy with the condo and would definitely stay here again. The decor was a little bit dated, but most importantly, it was clean, comfortable, and I had everything I needed for an nice, quick weekend.

Perfect Condo for a couple!

The condo that my wife and I stayed in was very clean, comfortable, and quiet! From the balcony, you can see the beach and ocean. The beach is less than 100 yards from the building. We will definitely be back!

Great location but the kitchen and bathrooms could use a deep cleaning. The bed was not the most comfortable. The up side is you are steps from the beach.

Short stay right on the beach

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. Management was very responsive to deal with someone parking in our designated spot. Beach access is a plus and the unit is a quick drive to the charming downtown. The only negative was that some of the furniture and finishes show signs of age.

We really enjoyed our stay. View was wonderful. The room was nice but outdated. The chairs on the balcony need replacing. Noticed ants in the room and when we called someone responded quickly.

Quick trip

There is an assigned parking spot. The condo was clean. It was just foot steps to the beach and close drive to downtown fernadina. It was a great trip. The washer and dryer was located in the kitchen. That was really convenient. Wonderful trip

Family vacation

We had a great vacation overall! We only had a few hiccups…towels were left in the washer that we had to rewash, sandy floors, and some dishes/silverware was dirty in the drawers/cabinets…all an easy and quick fix. The walk to the beach was perfect and so close. Speaking to the property manager was super easy and convenient by text. The only thing we would have changed would be a bigger pool, just because of the kids. We will definitely be back!

Could be great

Awesome location - right on the beach, two great spots within a 5 minute walk (Salt Life and Sandbar), and a 40 minute walk or 7 minute drive from downtown. Apartment just could use some updating - the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable (and looks very old), shower had no pressure, and there were ants in the bathroom and kitchen throughout our stay.
