Lazy Turtle VACA 1st Floor Rental - Amelia Island....2nd Fl is Lazy Turtle Too

  • Life is better at the beach! Relax and rejuvenate in our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Retreat to the master with king bed, smart TV and a private bath (large shower), while guests stay in the guest BR (utilizing the full guest bathroom with tub/shower). We are located in a very quiet and secluded setting under the oak trees at the back of the resort complex. Our 1,100 square foot, first floor condo has a large kitchen/living space, luxury vinyl plank floors, and a cozy feeling with even an e- fireplace! There is NO ELEVATOR and you must be able to navigate a few stairs to access our condo. Come enjoy the beach!

    The amenities include:

    *A designated parking space (and a second pass for a guest space)

    *Unheated Pool

    *A/C (central HVAC)

    *King Bed and Smart TV in master

    *Guest bedroom can be converted from 2 twins to short king

    *High speed-wireless internet

    *Smart tv in living room

    *Fully equipped kitchen and
    washer/dryer (detergent provided)

    *Linens, towels and beach towels provided

    *4 beach chairs provided and several beach towels

    *Hair dryers in both bathrooms

    NOTE WORTHY:

    *Approximately 10 minute walk from the condo to the Sadler Road public beach access (& only 0.2 miles to Beach Access 24). This Sadler Road access is one of the best on the beach with public restrooms, picnic tables, a foot washing station, a beach-front restaurant (i.e. Sliders), and plenty of parking if you choose to drive rather than walk to the beach.

    *Approximately 30-40 minutes to JAX International Airport.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to Centre St the place for dining and entertainment. The condo is in a nice quiet complex and fairly well stocked. This is an older complex and it and the condo are showing their age and could use some updating.

Beautiful home away from home. Not a single detail was overlooked to make us feel comfortable. Truly appreciated the little touches, from spices in cupboards, to extra blankets in closets. My family and I had an excellent stay at the Lazy Turtle! The apartment was super clean and a great location, only a short walk out to the beach. Sandy was also very easy to get in touch with and offered us some flexibility to make sure we had a great trip. This was our first trip to Amelia Island but I’d certainly stay here again for any future visits!
