This home has lots of comfort with2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed in the 3 bedrooms. Comfortable mattresses and High end design will make this place feel like a Vacation no matter what your reason for visiting. If Temperatures drop below 65 degrees the heater will be turned off and this will NOT change the cancelation policy. This would be the same with any heated pool. The pool heater is to accommodate a longer swim season in certain months when daytime temps are warmer. It is subject to the weather. Guest will swim at their own Risk.
