Not what it seems

The place is listed as one bedroom, however it’s a kitchen and a bed with a separate bathroom. There is no living room space, no seating area, it’s more of a studio. The bed was broken; lop sided; and you could clearly tell this as soon as sitting on it, the box spring made an awful noise. No hot water in the bathroom sink, and the shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold. I reached out to the host and it took almost a full 24 hours for a response in which was I will send maintenance in the morning. No maintenance ever came, and I had to stay two more nights in these conditions. I would have given this property 5 stars had someone cared about the issues and tried to get them resolved for a more pleasant stay. It’s a great location, cute and quaint. Needs someone who can keep the property up so that people get what they pay for!

It felt like a little hotel room except they have a kitchen with all utilities included! Absolutely loved it and will be definitely coming back here!

The mgmt was helpful in getting my check in time moved from 4 to noon. Nice amount of kitchen utensils on hand. Bathroom was good sized and functional. Bed was a bit short, but I’m 6.1 so take that into account. Parking was close on the lawn of the adjacent units. Neighborhood was quiet, working class area fairly close to I95 ramps.

It was exactly like the photos, and had great communication with the owner. Nice fenced in area for our dogs to run around freely in. Great tenants next door to us. It was great for our stay!

Beautiful unit

The unit is beautiful and very clean. Everything is up to date and the tiles in the bathroom is outstanding. Cable tv and nice quiet neighborhood.

Short Visit

We were very pleased with the whole stay, the bath room is gorgeous, everything was very clean. Just enough room for a couple. Location was not far from Mayo and security around the home was on point. We would stay again!!!
