Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise and the dolphins frolic over the majestic Atlantic Ocean on your private 27-foot long, extra wide covered balcony. Breathtaking ocean views can be had from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bedroom in this updated beachfront condo in Fernandina Beach on world renown Amelia Island. You're just steps from the award-winning beach where you can sunbathe, surf, fish, enjoy jogging or leisurely walks, or just watch the kids build sandcastles. Located just off the coast of northeast Florida, Amelia Island is easy to reach, but hard to forget. With 13 miles of beautiful beaches, abundant native wildlife, and pristine waters, this barrier island has long been a beloved destination for visitors and residents alike.

This convenient first floor end unit with desirable southern exposure features a spacious master bedroom with ocean-facing windows and king bed. The second bedroom contains two twin beds. Fully-equipped and well stocked kitchen with a washer-dryer. Free Wi-Fi, high definition cable TV (two flat screen TVs) and telephone. A private boardwalk shower is available to rinse off the saltwater and sand. The condo has ground level covered parking.

Local owner takes pride in providing the best vacation experience possible. Great Beach Getaway!

Had a wonderful beach trip and loved the condo! It is at a perfect location just down from the public beach area and just a short drive (1-2 miles) from downtown Fernandina Beach. The condo had all the amenities needed for a stay at the beach including easy access, nice balcony facing the ocean...particularly at sunrise and sunset! The condo was clean, comfortable, had good Wi-Fi, nice shower, comfortable living room with Roku on the TV. Will definitely stay here again!

You cannot get any closer to the ocean! The best part of this property is the balcony with bar height chairs that allow unobstructed views over the railing to the surf. Responsiveness of the owner was over and above! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location on the ocean!

This condo unit at Coral Sands was perfect for our first visit to Amelia Island! Everything was clean with comfortable furnishings, and just as pictured. We enjoyed the 1st floor balcony view and ocean sounds - a great place for our morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped. And we appreciate the extras like kitchen towels, soaps, paper towels, coffee and filters. They provide beach towels, chairs and umbrella plus there is easy access to the beach. Made the sunny days easy to experience. The condo is just a short drive from the lovely historic downtown of Fernandina Beach, with lots of shops and restaurants. Great location! We had good communication with the hosts to answer a few questions. We would love to spend time here again! Overall our mini-vacation to Amelia Island was very enjoyable.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We have absolutely loved all of our stays at this beautiful condo and can’t recommend it enough! You truly can’t get any more oceanfront than this. It’s always wonderful to have the options to either walk directly onto the beach, which is just steps away, or enjoy the ocean views from the shaded balcony. No matter what the weather, you can enjoy a beachfront experience. The balcony is also perfect for oceanfront dining, which guests can make as informal or formal as they wish without having to worry about things like long wait times and noisy restaurants. The ocean views from the entire front of the apartment are astounding. You can enjoy the beach with home comforts while doing a variety of activities, even when you don’t walk directly onto the beach. The hosts are wonderful and put a lot of thought and effort into taking care of their guests to ensure they have a fantastic trip. We’ve enjoyed five family vacations at this condo and are already looking forward to our sixth!

Beautiful View but

Very disappointed in condition of unit. Black mildew on bathroom sink plug, bath towels were thin and old, no dishcloth in kitchen, stove’s electric burners were all uneven, food slid to one side of the pan, and dollar store utensils. The kitchen faucet was in need of repair as it seemed ready to come apart at any time. The unit had no insulation either in the floor which was always cold or the ceiling. Very noisy due to tenants upstairs, and construction in parking area. The thermostat stopped at 70 degrees and it was cold and very windy in February, so we were always trying to stay warm. The view and proximity to beach was wonderful. I always look for five star reviews before I book, this had many, and I don’t consider myself to be fussy but this was NOT worth what we paid for it.

This property is exactly as described. Extremely clean and has all the comforts of home. The balcony has a perfect view of the beach. The view from the master bedroom allows you to witness the sunrise without even getting out of the bed. Candace (host) was very easy to work with. The check-in/check-out was seamless.
