You will love this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor condo! It is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and furnished and ready for you to enjoy the open kitchen, dining room and living room floorplan that spills out onto the private balcony. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and the guest room has two Twins. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience and we provide you with a "starter kit" of supplies.

Amelia Landings is located just blocks from the beach and Ft. Clinch State Park. Walk to restaurants and Putt Putt golf at Main Beach or drive less than a mile to Historic Centre Street where you can shop and dine. Amelia Landings has a beautiful community pool and tennis courts.

Pets are not permitted. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony.

Walking distance to amenities

Family-friendly, close to the beach and restaurants. Pool on-site. Quiet. All the things our family needed for a nice getaway!

Nice getaway

Overall we really enjoyed the property. It was very quiet and clean. The walk to the beach wasn't terrible but I wouldnt recommend it if you have young kids. Easy drive (less than a couple mins) to the public beach/parking. Our only complaint was that we didnt have pool bracelets, and the staff at the facility did not want to let us in without them. Almost to the point of bring rude.

Wonderful accommodations

Had a wonderful stay at the Amelia Landing. Clean, comfortable, great location. Enjoyed swimming, walking, and biking at the nearby beaches. Also, shopping at the quaint shops in the historic district. And the sunset harbor cruise was the icing in the cake.

Relaxed weekend

Perfect location for a quick getaway for our family of 4. Easy walk to the beach, great onsite pool and tennis courts and the unit had all the things we needed. Clean, cute decor with a huge back porch over looking a tranquil oak hammock.
