We had teenagers to 70 with us and it was a great fit. The size of the villa, location to beach, restaurants and the historic district was ideal. The villa also had beach chairs, towels and the essentials (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags...) ready for us at arrival. Communication was great, but we never really needed anything. Only negative was the AC was hard to manage...either really cold or nothing was coming out and the skate park nearby was a little loud, neither of these would keep me from returning. My friends and I take a girl’s trip every year and decided to take a quiet beach trip this year. This property had everything we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. A few steps to the beach (we highly recommend you reserve chairs and umbrellas through the rental service…it was lovely jsut showing up and having it all set up for us). We had fabulous meals in the downtown area and also jsut enjoyed the porch for hours. The house is fully stocked and accommodated us so well. Yes, the beds are firm, but it didn’t bother us at all! You can walk to the beach, restaurants, the nature park, shopping and more. The unit is fantastic with open floor plan, very clean, tastefully decorated, well-appointed with all you need and most importantly for us quiet. One nice perk as well is the parking garage. Location was great. Unit was fantastic. We could not have chosen a better place. Location was fantastic. Unit was huge. Very clean. The beach, great places to eat close by, about a minute drive to down town and we saw deer right out the back door as we were located right next to the Fort Clinch State Park. 100% positive we would stay here again. ##### pam b.
