The neighborhood is safe and we walked the block to the beach every morning to watch the sunrise. The house was nice and clean with three nice bedrooms, and will appoint a kitchen with everything you need to cook if you’d like to. Was suites even get to meet some of the locals on the beach as they come out with their dogs every morning. Highly recommend this place on Jacksonville Beach, which is close to tons of shops and restaurants in grocery stores as well! Beautiful colors and decor enhance the beach vibe while providing a great escape from the heat of the day. The townhome is only a block from the ocean, easy to get beach time both day and evening, and the provided beach cart, chairs and umbrellas were a great perk. It’s also a 7 minute walk to Whole Foods (and less than 2 miles to Publix) so it is convenient to grab food if you want to eat in (which we did several times). It's located one block from the beach on the lower end of Jax Beach city limits, which is less crowded than further north. The home itself is very comfortable and recently upgraded. The home is stocked with all you need to feel at home. The host is extremely responsive and very welcoming. We highly recommend it. Thank you for an enjoyable stay, Michael. ##### Shahram F. Only cons are the bedroom patio window was clouded up, so unable to see street view. The kitchen/living room needs more color. It’s primarily gray and white. Clean. The host was easy to communicate with and access if we needed anything. I read a previous review that complained about it not being close to the beach, it is very close. It’s not beach front but it’s literally like walking into your backyard and the beach is right there. Highly recommend ##### Darryll W.
