This condo is located in building 2. Building 1 (which our balcony faces) will be under renovations from mid May through September. We have discounted our rates to reflect this issue. Since we have already discounted the rates, we will not be offering a refund after check in for the disturbance you experience. There will be scaffolding up and some noise during the work.
