Wonderful roomy townhome/condo located in the prestigious Sawgrass Community on Deer Run Drive. Deer Run is an end unit, with plenty of privacy and overlooks a small garden area and pond. The condo has plenty of room for everybody to enjoy each other....from puzzle tables, screened in porch, outdoor patio area and grill. The perfect home for a family vacation. We also offer guest membership (for a small additional fee) at a local beach club just down the street. Plenty of shopping, and restaurants, nearby. The kitchen is newly renovated and has top of the line gourmet appliances. Located in the heart of the home...with plenty of room for a large family to gather, the large commercial grade stove is a chef's dream!! Outside there are plenty of walking paths, a quiet area for reading and enjoying the breeze, and listening to the birds that also call Sawgrass home. The bedrooms are all on the second level, with the master having it's own bath en suite. The other two bedrooms share a hall bath.
