Stay with us at this ocean view apartment in a PHENOMENAL location in Jax Beach. Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything you need to enjoy the salt life. It has its own deck space but shares a back porch area with other units.

This property is literally on the beach. It has multiple views from the property. If you are looking for a place close to the beach with amazing views, you cannot find a better place.

This residence is part of a 4 unit building. All 4 residences are owned by us and are vacation rentals. You will have your own private entrance and the residence is on the top (2nd) floor with amazing expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Street parking in the area is available but there is a public parking lot beside the building.

2 bedrooms (1 queen, bunk beds: single over queen) and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own tv.

The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.
