Charming 2-Bed, 2-Bath Ground-Floor Villa with Private Wooded Views located on the ground of the Omni Amelia Island resort (previously known as the Amelia Island Plantation.)

Vacation in this inviting villa, perfectly designed for comfort and relaxation. The tiled entryway leads to a bright, recently upgraded kitchen, while the spacious dining and living areas flow seamlessly to a large, covered rear patio—ideal for unwinding amidst serene, wooded surroundings.

The primary suite features a king bed, private patio access, and an en-suite bath. The 2nd bedroom offers flexibility with two queen beds, a private bath, a wet bar, and a mini-fridge, along with its own patio entrance. Thoughtful touches throughout include Whirlpool tubs, lighted vanity mirrors, glass shower enclosures, and elegant granite countertops. Convenience is key with two stacked washer/dryer systems and three televisions.

The Omni Resort offers an unparalleled experience, featuring over three miles of unspoiled beaches and a myriad of waterways to explore. Nestled amidst a lush forest of live oaks, you'll relish in the abundance of walking and biking paths. Within walking distance from our condo, the Omni Resort presents a diverse array of shops and restaurants, including a charming miniature golf course nestled among the majestic live oaks. Nature enthusiasts will marvel at the diverse wildlife, from birds to turtles, crabs, and occasional manatee sightings in their natural habitat.

We strive to enhance your beach and pool experience by providing beach chairs, umbrellas, and various beach toys stored in our condo's storage closet. We prioritize your satisfaction and convenience, with our team readily available to address any needs during your stay.

While this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort, guests still have access to the resort's walking and biking trails, spa, nature center, putt-putt, and more. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy various courses in the Amelia Area, including Oak Marsh located on the grounds of the Omni Resort. Bike and golf cart rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that this rental does not grant access to certain resort privileges or amenities like the main hotel pool and fitness center, and Racquet Park is exclusively open to club members and their guests.
