The Sanctuary is located in a peaceful subdivision with community amenities, including a pool, pickleball and tennis courts, and a playground. It’s a safe, walkable neighborhood—perfect for a stroll around the block or walking to enjoy the amenities. Parking is limited to the driveway and the street directly in front of this home. Please do not park in front of neighbors’ houses or driveways. For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside the home, and footage is only reviewed if there is a reason for concern or to verify a reported issue. We provide a starter supply of essentials to last approximately 4 days — just to help you settle in comfortably. Please note: There are outdoor security cameras on the property for insurance and safety purposes. These are owner-operated and located only on the exterior. You will be charged $50 per additional guest per night and will be at risk of being asked to leave due to violating rules. If this is violated, you will be charged $500.00 and any extra cleaning costs incurred. Pets are not allowed. No parties or events. If in doubt, ask us. This is a neighborhood and therefore we are respectful of the noise level. Three vehicles are allowed. Parking is limited to the driveway and the space on the street in front of our house/driveway. Street parking should be in the direction of the flow of traffic. If you see any issues upon arrival or during your stay, please let us know so that we can tend to it immediately.
