We love the privacy of the two king suites and the unit is always clean and nicely decorated. We spent Thanksgiving week at the condo with our shih tzu. The unit was very clean and came with everything needed to spend a week there. The location is on the 1st floor with a beautiful view of the ocean, and a ramp to get to the ocean. Summer Beach community is in a very quiet area, and easy to get to the trails for walking, as well as shopping. We would definitely stay there again! ##### Ann W. Beautiful, clean condo with all the essentials you may need. Only steps to the beach. Brenda did such an amazing job with all the information we received. It had just what we wanted. We had our little Bichon with us & he loved it too. It was tastefully decorated & had everything we needed. Brenda was SO helpful. We hope to come back in the future with family. I would have given a 5 star for cleanliness, but the grill was not clean. It did not affect our stay at all.
