****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements – Building C at Surf & Racquet Club is scheduled to undergo a major exterior concrete restoration and balcony renovation project. Mobilization and rigging are scheduled to begin May 12, 2027, with balcony and handrail work beginning May 19, 2027. The project is expected to continue through approximately September 30, 2027 (weather permitting; delays are possible). This will be an active exterior construction site throughout the duration of the project. Guests should expect ongoing and potentially extremely disruptive daytime construction noise, including jackhammering, concrete repairs, power tools, and other heavy construction activity Monday through Friday (approximately 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Construction crews, scaffolding, swing stages, lifts, dust, debris, temporary parking impacts, and changing construction conditions throughout the property should also be expected. The project will be completed in phases, and individual balcony stacks may be taken out of service as work progresses. If your balcony stack is scheduled for active construction during your stay, balcony access will be unavailable while work is being completed. While rentals are permitted during this time, construction conditions are disruptive and are outside of our control. Rental rates reflect the anticipated construction impacts and uncertainty associated with booking during an active construction period. Although construction on Building C is currently not scheduled to begin until approximately May 12, 2027, construction within Surf & Racquet Club is anticipated to begin in other buildings September 2027, and continue through approximately September 2027. Guests staying anytime between September 1, 2026, and September 30, 2027, may experience construction-related noise and activity elsewhere within the complex, even if Building C is not in its active construction phase during their stay.

Beachy shades of coral and sand continue in the bedroom which is furnished with a king bed and a flat screen Smart TV. Sliding glass doors let in sunshine and provide another point of access to the balcony. The updated bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower and sparkling white vanity.

Aside from its close proximity to the beach, Amelia Surf and Racquet has two fabulous pools, four Har-Tru surfaced tennis courts, and an outdoor grill/picnic area.
