Ride the elevator to the second floor, open the door, and the whole condo opens toward the Atlantic: warm wood floors, big sliding glass doors, and a balcony railing that frames the pool below and the ocean beyond. The living room fills with natural light, and the sound of the waves comes in whenever the doors are open. It is a condo that pulls you outside, then makes coming back in just as easy.

THE BALCONY

Your private balcony is the best seat in the building. A round outdoor table with chairs sits at the railing, looking over the community pool to the open Atlantic beyond. Start the day with coffee while the ocean wakes up, linger over dinner as the light changes, or sit with a book and let the breeze do the rest. Both the living room and the primary bedroom open onto it, so the view follows you through the condo.

BEACH AND POOL

Direct beach access puts the sand within moments of your door. Back at the building, the community oceanfront pool and sundeck are shared with other guests, a place to swim, lounge, and watch the waves from a chair.

LIVING ROOM

The living room is bright and easy. A gray sofa and blue armchairs sit around a coffee table on a bold blue geometric rug, facing a TV with cable, while large windows and sliding glass doors pull in the daylight and the view. Ceiling fans keep the air moving, and a queen sleeper sofa gives the group an extra place to sleep when everyone is traveling together.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped, with blue cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and spacious prep counters. Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are all here, plus a coffee maker that brews both drip and K Cup, a toaster, a blender, dishes, utensils, and cooking basics. Eat at the dining table, pack snacks for the beach, or carry dinner out to the balcony and eat with the ocean in front of you.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, balcony access for sunrise coffee, and a private en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a full bathroom right next door, so a second couple or a family has real privacy. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room gives the group an extra place to sleep.

WORK FROM THE COAST

A laptop friendly workspace and WiFi make it easy to log on. Finish a few hours of work in the morning, then spend the rest of the day on the sand.

COMFORT & EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

Central air conditioning and heating keep the condo comfortable in every season, and ceiling fans add airflow. A washer and dryer let you pack light, and extra pillows and blankets, an iron, hangers, a hair dryer, towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided. A private entrance, elevator access, and self check in keep arrival simple, with free parking for up to two vehicles. A Pack N Play is available to rent for little ones.

EXPLORE FERNANDINA BEACH

Historic downtown Fernandina Beach is minutes away for dining and local character. Fort Clinch State Park, golf, fishing charters, and island trails and parks are all close by.

GOOD TO KNOW

Check in is after 4:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM, with a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Early and late check ins are not available from March through November. This is a second floor unit with elevator and stair access. Pets are not allowed, and smoking and vaping are not permitted. Parking is free for up to two vehicles and requires a permit. We are available 24/7, 365 days a year, just a message or a call away.
