The home was very clean, beds were firm, ended up moving from the master to the guest bedroom which had a more contour feeling. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked which is truly a blessing and appreciated. And that VIEW was amazing. If I had to pick something to improve is the WiFi, my partner and I work remote and it was painfully slow, the other thing would be the water pressure in the master bathroom. But everything was fantastic. I NEVER stay at the same place twice but this is the exception, if I’m ever in Jax as long as the pup can come I’d stay here again. Highly recommend! Clean, updated property, right on the beach with a private entrance. There were a few things that were stressful with a 1-year-old (railings on the balcony seemed far enough apart that he could slip through, coffee table easily tipped over on top of him, no outlet covers, cleaning supplies open and easily accessible under the cabinets, stove knobs at his eye level, carrying him over a sand dune to get to the beach), but we managed for 2 nights. Unit totally updated and was fully equipped in the kitchen. Very nice. Had trouble with TV and Jacob stayed on the issue until fixed. Comcast issue. ##### Steve E. It was very clean and well stocked. Beds were super comfortable. I had a little issue unlocking the door because I was following the written instructions that were emailed to me. I didn’t realize that I needed to read the note on the door as well. My only real complaint is that the master bath has poor water pressure when you flush the toilet.
