It was incorporated on May 22, 1907, as Pablo Beach, and would later change its name to Jacksonville Beach in 1925\. Important Leasing Information – Please Read Before Booking This property is located in a community that requires board approval for all renters. The leasing process includes the following steps and must be completed prior to move-in: Application fee $75 A minimum 6-month lease is required — no exceptions. Once a renter is selected, a signed lease agreement and completed lease application must be submitted. These documents will be sent to the Board of Directors for approval, which typically takes 24–48 hours. Upon approval, the move-in date will be confirmed, and elevator protective pads will be installed (South Elevator is designated for moves). All new renters must schedule and attend a mandatory orientation with building management and an owner. This 45-minute meeting includes important community guidelines, contact information collection, and parking decal issuance. Health & Safety: We prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of our guests. Each stay is followed by a thorough cleaning to maintain a welcoming environment. Refund Policy A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels. General Guidelines â—ŹNO PETS ALLOWED. â—ŹAge Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
