You can't beat the 3 minute walk (some will take longer, depends on how fast you walk & how much stuff you are bringing with you) to the beach that this townhome offers. Our 2 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom floor townhome offers 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and the very spacious living room has 1 queen pullout sleeper sofa with the comfiest gel mattress you will ever sleep on from a pullout. The living room also has a second full-size futon sleeper sofa with a very thick and comfy mattress, as well as an additional regular sized couch. This unit is newly updated from top to bottom - just about EVERYTHING in the unit is brand new or updated and waiting for you to use it! This townhome is located in the beautiful Forest Ridge Village community. Located very close to the community swimming pool, tennis courts, and child playground area, you will NOT be disappointed! There is also a community grilling, picnic table, and fire pit area that you can use. Forgot to bring common items like beach equipment, towels, etc? No problem! We have supplied everything we could think of that you may need. Please note that the variety of what is available is subject to change based on re-stocking, time of year, availability, etc. Open the door and connect to the lightning fast WiFi, or stream the 125+ channels on our 65" TV in the living room, or the additional TVs located in each bedroom! Bring your bicycles and you can park/lock them in the bike racks conveniently located right outside our building by the parking lot. Easy walk to the beach and after a full day of adventure, this place is amazingly quiet inside. Nice big screen tv with plenty of options and I could easily plug my laptop into it for my personal streaming. Very clean. Full size washer and dryer if needed. Plenty of beach supplies available. Restaurants and grocery stores are short drives away and we personally enjoyed Sliders which is only a 5 minute drive that has breakfast lunch & dinner and a cute Tiki bar in back with live music on the beach. We enjoyed the deck and you can see your assigned parking spot from it. The owner provides very helpful information and checkin and out were a breeze.
