The classic Pete Dye Oak Marsh Golf Course, the Spa at Omni Amelia Island Resort, as well as the Palmetto Walk Shopping Village (with fabulous restaurants and tempting retail therapy) are close by. If you want to venture outside the gated grounds, you’re a 15 minute drive from the bustling historic district of Fernadina Beach, the Amelia Island Lighthouse, the beautiful Timucuan Ecological and Historical Preserve, some of the best seafood restaurants in the world, and the unforgettable Fort Clinch State Park with its fascinating historical reenactments.

Terrific Treehouse

Jill and Jed’s “treehouse” was absolutely wonderful! It had such a nice homey feel. They supplied everything we needed, and everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. They were very responsive to any questions we had! We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend to others!

Outstanding visit

We had a wonderful time on Amelia Island. This property is in a great location .. very close to the beach and the plantation shops. The unit is very nicely decorated and communication with the owners is outstanding both before and during the visit.

Great unit - on lovely property! We enjoyed the welcome treats, the master bathroom was large and easy to use! The kitchen was perfect - and couches super comfortable! It was like a home away from home - with lots of places to enjoy around us!

Sweet Home Away from Home

The treehouse by the sea was the perfect stay for our family of 3. We stayed at the Omni hotel the first night of our vacation and when we checked into the treehouse condo we were so grateful for the extra space and home-like amenities. Great location inside Omni grounds. Definitely recommend!

Lovely stay

Jill’s condo is brings nature inside, providing a cozy place to relax. It’s an easy walk to the beach and all the Omni offers. Hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Our return stay at Treehouse by the sea was enjoyable again this year. Condo is clean, welcoming, has everything you need and is very comfortable. It is accurately advertised there were no disappointments. It is so nice it’s hard to leave.

Perfect spot for a great tennis / beach getaway!

This condo is perfect for a quiet, cozy getaway! My friend and I stayed here while playing a tennis tournament at the Omni! It was perfect! Close to both the courts and the beach, with great local shops and restaurants. The owners and property manager were friendly and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

The perfect place to get away and unwind. Very clean, comfy condo located in a quiet complex. It is beautifully designed and gives you a welcome home feeling as soon as you enter the door. Short walk to the beach. Owner so accommodating. Highly recommended for anyone.

Our third year!

Amelia Tree House is nicely decorated and located the beautiful grounds of the Amelia Omni Resort. Visited Fort Clinch State Park for the first time in a windy non beach day. My husband chartered First Coast Surf Fishing and brought home some delicious Red. We would recommend the Falcons Nest Restaurant on the Omni grounds.

Living in the Trees

Yes, this is quite the treehouse! If you love to be surrounded by beautiful trees and hanging moss, this is the place for you. Very nicely decorated with the tree theme. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Small, but nice balcony for reading and morning coffee. The location is nice with a short walk to the lovely beach. Ride bikes along the trail right outside your door. These trails connect to the town trails and you can ride outside of the Plantation a great distance. The pool is nice but water was cold when we were there. However, we enjoyed relaxing by it and taking in the pretty views of the golf course and pond. The Plantation hands down is just a magical area with all amazing vegetation, scenery and gorgeous beach. We hope to be back again.
