There are amazing ocean views from multiple levels, outdoor seating, only 100 yards to the beach, and centrally located to many restaurants and shops. Close to entertainment, Mayo, and TPC - this is the perfect spot in Jax Bch! We are a 5 bedroom, 4 bath single family home. We have a washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is a lovely comfortable outdoor patio dining grill so that you can eat, drink and relax while enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, Roku TVs, and sound machines with usb connectors. \-Bedroom #1 has a king bed with master ensuite (shower and soaking tub + double sinks), and walk-in closet (on 3rd level) \-Bedroom #2 has a King bed (on 3rd level) \-Bedroom #3 has bunk beds with two full size beds (on 3rd level) \-Bedroom #4 has a queen bed (on 2nd level) \-Bedroom #5 has a queen bed (on 4th level) \*\*\*\*\* For our insurance purposes, we must communicate that guests use bunk beds at their own risk Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal plus Keurig coffee machine that includes kcups, creamers and sugar. He is a Romeo Rescue Swimmer and has been protecting our allies in the Middle East. We absolutely loved staying at this unit! It continued to fascinate us with all the unique design! My 6 year old son (who is autistic) slept on the 2nd floor in the room with bunk beds. Unfortunately, he woke up to bed bug bikes all over his body. We captured video of the bed bugs and blood on the sheets from all of the bites that peirced my son's skins. I contacted Normad Hospitality and the Customer Service was horrible. Then I contacted Vrbo and the Customer Service was moderate. I merged both groups on the call and neither of them could develop a strategy or solution to move my family into another rental, clean our current clothes or help my son---who was allergic to the bed bug bites As of today, we are still charged for the full rental and the new rental that I had to find---which was not at the level I desired for my family vacation. To date, I have not receievd a refund, payment for my sons ER visit, our time, etc. The owner of the property did call, but his level of support seemed to be limited...which was unacceptable. ##### Danyel S.
