The 2 babies and their parents stayed in the ground floor apartment which was great for them. The rest of us had plenty of room to spread out on the remaining floors. We loved being just a short walk to the beach and being able to see the ocean from the house. It's definitely not the place for people who have a difficult time going up and down stairs.
