Property was clean and we loved the porch area for morning coffee and afternoon chats! The only complaint we had is the hose to rinse off beach gear and shoes was hidden in the bushes ( you walk down the path a little ways) we didn’t find it until day 2\. The dishwasher didnt work, there was a leak from the bathroom to the bottom floor, the smoke detectors were beeping when we first arrived and since it was a 'non-emergency' we had to wait until morning for someone to come. The bathrooms were also not clean and one of the shower curtains had not been washed in a long time and was moldy. However, I will say ERA was always returning my calls and the maintenance man was very friendly and helped where he could. The location was top notch. We walked to the beach.
