Just across the street from beach access, 2098 Beach Wood Villa has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and boasts gorgeous views of Red Maple Lake and the 10-hole Little Sandy golf course. The townhouse has an open-concept design seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating the perfect indoor space for spending quality time with loved ones. The full-equipped kitchen has been updated with new Bosch stainless steel appliances, a deluxe coffee station, and the nearby laundry room provides guests an LG washer and dryer throughout their stay. Step outside onto the expansive paved patio to enjoy coffee, fire up the grill, or dine with your loved ones. Board games, cards, yard games, frisbees, paddles and balls are available for families to enjoy playing with. Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms is complete with its own ensuite bath, offering ultimate comfort and privacy for family and friends. The primary bedroom has a newly installed door and an outdoor balcony overlooking both the lake and golf course. Enjoy peering past the majestic live oaks dripping in Spanish moss and spotting herons and other beautiful marsh birds. Clearly-marked beach accesses are available down Beach Wood Road and the closest one is directly across from this villa, making it easy to reach the lovely southern shoreline of Amelia Island. The gated Amelia Island Plantation (AIP) is a sprawling community beloved for its miles of walking/biking trails and community spaces. Tucked within the AIP is also the Omni Amelia Island Resort, which offers excellent dining and activity options. The main hotel and nearby shopping village are within walking distance and have a nature center, mini golf, and a full spa. Venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach, which is about a 20-minute drive north on scenic A1A, to enjoy more dining and shopping opportunities. This scenic area hosts many festivals and cultural performances throughout the year. As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and our local area guide sharing favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals. It's important to note that only dogs are considered for stays at our rental, and they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.
