Oceans of Amelia - Updated 2 Bed/2 Bath Condo with Glorious Views!

Welcome to Oceans of Amelia #112, the perfect place to call home on your Amelia Island vacation! This freshly renovated oceanfront condo will take your breath away as you step into the living area, which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors overlooking the dunes and Atlantic Ocean.

With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this fully-equipped condo can host up to 4 guests and has designated covered parking for one vehicle. The comfortable, updated furnishings include a King Bed in the main bedroom and two Twin Beds in the second bedroom. The dining area can seat 6 around the table and 2 at the high-top bar. Nearby the balcony overlooks the ocean and offers a private space to experience the sunrise with your cup of coffee.

Enjoy the easy walk out to the shore and the convenient complex pool on the ground level. This unit includes high-speed WiFi, TV streaming services, DVDs and a DVD player, books, and games for your entertainment. Guests can easily utilize the newly installed GE steam washer and dryer for their laundry. The complex has covered bike racks in the central breezeway for cyclists.

As always, Destination Amelia provides ready-made beds with fresh linens and bath towels for our guests. We also provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. Caffeinated and decaffeinated Three Tree Roasters' coffee (2 oz bags) are stocked along with liquid creamers for guest arrival.

When not soaking in the magnificent ocean views from the swiveling armchairs in the living room, guests can adventure to many nearby attractions, including Fort Clinch State Park and the Fernandina Beach Historic District. Both are only a few miles northbound on Amelia Island. To the south there are many points of interest including the public Fernandina Beach Golf Club and the historic American Beach.

With only 42 units in the building, Oceans of Amelia is noticeably tranquil without sacrificing a location that's central to everything the island has to offer!

Parking is limited in this complex and this unit only has one reserved spot. Larger vehicles will fit in the parking space, but are more difficult to maneuver in the parking area. Please inquire for more information and rates. We look forward to hearing from you!

**Please note that access to the shoreline from Oceans of Amelia will require guests to utilize a sand walkover as a county beach protection project is ongoing further south and its pipe is still in place. Please call our office for further details.

We had a fantastic week on the beach and the condo was conveniently located on the beach, near the park and a short drive to town. Perfect for our family.

Overall the property was a great location. Easy to access and great view of the ocean. Watched the moon rise every night and the sun rise in the morning on the deck while listening to the waves. Easy access to downtown and Fort Clinch. Also access to the beach for the building residents only. Great week on the island.

We had a great stay - condo had everything we needed and a few nice touches (treat and coffee from local shop). It was clean and in good condition. Short walk to the beach and nice view. Perfect location to the cutest downtown Fernandina Beach.

A+ all the way around at this property. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. The view of the ocean was fantastic. Parking and check-in were easy. The beach and pool were extremely accessible. The condo is perfectly located -- close to downtown Fernandina, the awesome Egans Creek Greenway trail system, Fort Clinch State Park and numerous parks and playgrounds for our kids. Could not have been more pleased with our trip and the condo. Thanks!

This unit and location were 5 star all the way around. Looking out the floor to ceiling windows directly onto the private beach was great for our little family. The starter supplies were the best I’ve ever experienced with a rental. We didn’t need any additional dishwasher or laundry detergent and there was hand soap at every sink. The kitchen was perhaps a little under stocked, for more involved meals, but it served our needs. Hurricane Debby came through during our visit and the management company was great about communicating and coming by to check everything for any damage. Great experience all the way around. Fernandina Beach is also a great coastal town with little commmercialization and mostly houses fronting the ocean, but has a fantastic historic downtown with shops and restaurants. Any grocery shopping or other mainstream shopping amenities are 5-15 mins away. Can’t way to visit the area again.
