I stayed for 3 weeks, and it couldn't have been better. The service from Ivonne was incredible; she was always attentive to any problems that arose. We spent 3 days only in the property . Before we got there I was charged for the amount of $79 per police pets. They didn’t see when I did make the reservation and the pets was included in it . They did charge for it without a reason making me feel uncomfortable before we even got there. Then they canceled the payment request but I was frustrated already because they are not serious about it. Also, the mattress was not even in the comfort of the bed and we came back with a lot back pain.
