Steps To The Beach! Welcome to Pablo Beach Vacation Rentals! (All roads in the area are under construction right now) This unit is a beautifully renovated beach condo 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean. Completely updated and finished out with our shabby chic beach style. Travertine floors throughout. Updated kitchen with all the amenities. Private yard. Free Parking. Great restaurants, coffee shop (local Breezy and also Starbucks), surf shops within walking distance. All other shopping very close! 2 full bedrooms with queen size beds. Dogs welcome. 2 max. $50 pet fee each. The city of Jacksonville Beach in currently performing Street construction in the area. One parking spot will be provided on the property. Possibility of uneven terrain (pavers, gravel, unpaved road, etc) between parking spot and the door. The back patio area and the sidewalk walking to the front need work. The patio's furniture was not clean so we cold not use it. The walkway around to the front has a lot of overgrown plant life making it difficult to traverse. He liked laying on the cool tiles in the hot summer heat. I loved that I could walk to the coffee shop a block away every morning and that the drive to Publix is just a couple of minutes. Lots of nearby public beach access with a parking lot. And there were lots of utensils in the kitchen for cooking and supplies for dishwashing and laundry.
