Just was very welcoming and communicative! The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. Beds were insanely comfortable and we liked that ever room has a smart tv! The are felt safe and even though it was a rare frozen Florida weekend, the outside was very nice and cozy. Would definitely say again!

There’s a good chance I won’t be booking again. The host was not understanding at all when it came to our holiday plans. It was Fourth of July weekend, and we booked this property specifically because it had a bigger space for our family and friends to come over, eat, and celebrate together, which is common on the Fourth of July. Once the host saw our family and friends arriving, she told me her property “is NOT a restaurant” and that if everyone continued to stay, she would be forced to call the police. This was only about 30 minutes after everyone arrived. The host showed zero understanding for a holiday gathering, and I found her approach very rude. The home had a great outdoor space; however, we weren’t allowed to use it. Although the property appeared nice online, it isn’t in the best condition to host guests. For starters, the bathroom is extremely small, you can barely move around in there, and there isn’t even an outlet in the bathroom. To make matters worse, there’s a water pipe leaking through the ceiling above the shower, so while you’re showering, water from a previous rainfall drips onto your head and body from the ceiling. In all of the rooms, there are still scratches and rips on the walls from previous remodeling. In addition, in bedroom 2, when you close the door, you have to forcefully pull it back open. The living room is nice though, I’ll give it that.
