Simple but quaint

This home is simple but very quaint inside and very accommodating. It was more spacious inside than the pictures reveal. We loved the location (3 blocks from the beach and easy access to the highway). We could walk to a wonderful coffee shop 2 blocks away. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to spend time in the heart of Jacksonville Beach.

Great property

This place was perfect for 2-4 people. It’s an adorable cottage about 4 blocks from the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars very close by. I would definitely stay here again.

GA/FL football trip

Place was perfect size for me and a friend for GA/FL football stay. Walking distance to most of the bars, restaurants in Jax Beach. Short walk to beach. Property manager communicated well. Would stay here again.

Great getaway

It was a very good week. Close to beach, walked there everyday. Amazing sunrise from beach. Lots of shops and eats close by. Would stay again.

Adorable bungalow at the beach

This property is a wonderful place to stay for 2-4 people. It has everything you need and withing walking distance to the beach. Lots of great bars and restaurants close by. Here are some things I wish the property had: Lamps in the rooms Room darkening curtains in the bedrooms. Outside water spigot to rinse off feet, beach chairs However, these two things are definitely not deal killers and we would stay there again!

Small, older property close to the beach. Upstairs is a separate rental and creaky wooden stairs going up there is the only reason I didnt give 5 stars.

Perfect for our needs

Wife and I were in town for our son's games. Internet speed was good enough for both of us to work all day Thursday taking multiple meetings on 2 laptops with little to no lag. If we did not have hockey to attend to, our car would not have had to move the entire 5 days as everything you could want is walkable. Lisa is outstanding at communication. If we are ever back in the area, this will be our place to stay rather than an overpriced hotel.

Easy walk to the beach.

The house is very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Spare on lighting outlets, so all lighting is overhead. It is an interesting set up that could use some better decorating. But, with that said, it is still a fine place to stay walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Not far from the beach, front door opens up to a Dairy Queen parking lot, Front bedroom needs Blackout shades from church floodlight across the street Lawn was overgrown and not cut and unfortunately at 8 AM Very responsive hosts

Close to the beach and restaurants, just dated.

The property is close to the beach and a few restaurants. The security doesn't seem very current. The house was very clean but very dated. There is 1 TV. You probably couldn't make a meal with what they provide in the kitchen. There were also no toiletries available or any other extras. Overall it was what we needed and great to deal with, just needs some extra TLC.

The condo was clean, the beds were comfy and it was located within walking distance to the beach and the many restuarants and shops nearby. The only thing of note was that the grass wasnt cut and there were cigarette butts where the lawn chairs were. Not that big a deal but with a little upkeep the place would be lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.
