Quiet neighborhood within close proximity of all Jacksonville Beach has to offer. Golf-course, Boat Marina, Ball-fields, water park, min. golf, arcade, go-karts all within 5 minutes. Shopping, multiple restaurants, coffee, bars, grocery, & people/dog parks. Newly added to Jax Beach is “Beach Bowl” bowling alley with ground floor and roof top restaurants just 4 blocks away.

3/2 Home with Laundry, Large fully fenced outdoor space for pets & activities, and ample parking for multiple vehicles, RV, Boat, or trailers. 10 minute walk to Public Beach Access, restaurants, bars, and local shopping.
