After that get the first night FREE on your next stay with us. Come visit our beautiful newly renovated brick home and enjoy a stylish experience in a centrally-located place. The home has four bedrooms with queen beds in each. Our home is one block away from the great Edward Waters University. We are 5 mins from downtown Jacksonville and all the museums and parks downtown Jacksonville has to offer. We are just a short 30 min drive from Jax beach. Our home is 10 mins from TIAA Bank Stadium. We are located by all the major hospitals in the downtown area and right by interstate 10 and 95\. Our home is also equipped with a washer and dryer for extended stays. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware and dishware needed to prepare full meals. The kitchen is also equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and all the coffee you can drink. Wifi is unlimited with Direct TV Stream and many other streaming apps to watch on the big screen TV. Toiletries and big fluffy towels will be provided during your stay. Located near downtown Jacksonville, Florida, the college currently sits on 23 acres and houses Centennial Hall (a nationally registered historic structure), the school’s oldest building which was constructed in 1916. A historically black college, Edward Waters College is currently a private, Christian, liberal arts college, is the oldest black college in Florida. It is a member of the United Negro College Fund. Edward Waters College initially opened its doors as Brown Theological Institute. The school was forced to close for most of the 1870s due to financial difficulties, but re-opened in 1883 with an extended educational program.
