Close to Beach

Great condo, super clean, comfortable with everything needed for our stay. Best part the beach was 5 minutes away walking and downtown about 2 miles away with awesome shops, restaurants, marina and shopping.

Comfy condo!

The condo was comfortable for our family It was stocked with pretty much everything we needed - from kitchen to beach. And, we were able to bring our dog, which was a bonus. Very convenient location just a quick walk to the beach or a short drive to town! Stacie and team were very quick to reply with any questions we had.

Property is spacious, beds and linens are comfortable. had trouble connecting to internet while in master Bedroom. Kitchen was stocked, only thing I would suggest is upgrading blender. It is on it's last legs. Great stay that afforded us to be able to bring our pets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice unit and complex tucked away in back of parking lot. Prep work/cleaning was great. Couple of notes:washer and dryer are pretty small, condensate pump for HVAC was pretty loud when it kicked on, and water pressure to fridge water dispenser needs to be increased or filter needs to be changed. Other than that we loved the unit and would recommend to anyone that wants quick access to the beach. Complex was pretty quiet.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our time in Fernandina at this property. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and had a great layout. The condo had everything our family of 4 needed and was in a convenient location. We were in walking distance to the beach, and a couple of restaurants. Fort Clinch is also just a 5 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and perfect size!

Had 6 people…two were teens. Fit very comfortably. Decor was cute. Super short walk to beach. Pool was nice and it was close. I hope to be back next year!

Great Stay!

We rented this condo for a last-minute getaway and everything described about the property, amenities and ease of beach visiting was perfectly accurate. Stacie made the whole rental process a breeze and answered questions promptly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great visit to Amelia Island!

Great location!

The condo was very comfortable for our group of 3 friends. We were near the State Park, a wonderful nature trail and 2 blocks from the beach. Easy access to everything. We rented bikes. It was lovely

Great place for our family

Everything was as described in listing. 3rd bedroom was helpful to give our kids space. Walk to beach was quick and easy. Beach chairs in laundry closet were a huge plus to avoid renting. Only negative would be the biggest bed isn't in the master bedroom.

Beach Trip with Old Friends

Some buddies of mine and I like to get together every year to take some sort of trip. This year we decided on Florida. This property worked out perfectly for us. We were well within walking distance of the beach, had plenty of space to sleep, and was located in a nice area. The check-in process was very smooth and the VRBO listing does an excellent job of showing the property. Our only regret was not staying long enough!

Nice Place on the North end of the island

Nice, clean unit on the north end of Fernandina, This condo is in a smaller complex. I would not consider the unit upscale but was very comfortable. It has a pool and tennis courts. It is about two blocks to the closest beach access. The location is convenient to downtown and Fort Clinch. I will note that the washing machine and dryer are located right outside the door on the area walking around to the balcony. The unit is on the second floor and is private so this was not a problem for us. The kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking. The unit has Sling TV. Our family enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
