The booking price includes 2 spacious, beach 3-story townhouses, each one has 3 large bedrooms, for a total of 6 bedrooms. Located two blocks from the beach, our home offers a modern, comfortable getaway for families, friends, golf trips, wedding parties, and business travelers. Located near the most popular restaurants and nightlife in Jax Beach. A short drive to NFL games, golf courses, and concerts. Off-street parking for up to 6 vehicles. You will have the both homes to yourself.

This listing is to reserve 2 separate townhomes that are side-by-side so everyone can stay close together! They are NOT connected; there is no common area between them. The layouts of the townhomes are mirror images of one another. The pictures show 2 living rms, 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms.

Parking for 6 vehicles (3 vehicles per townhome).

There are 6 total bedrooms.
2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. Both of these bedrooms have 2 queen beds each.
4 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Two of these bedrooms have queen beds and the other two have king beds.

Living, kitchen, and dining areas are on the 2nd floor.

We love pets! $30/night/pet

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Take Uber and Lyft if you don't feel like driving yourself. Most people drive their own vehicles around here, though.

Perfect property for large groups

Out of the 16 people that stayed here, we all had zero complaints and had an awesome time. Great location just walking distance to the beach. The owner had great communication and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend to anyone! 5 stars every time!

The property manager was very responsive. The listing was accurate, the space was clean and the beach toys and grills in the garage were a nice touch! Only issue was neighbors complaining about noise.

Absolute beautiful property with plenty of space if you have a large crowd! Check in and check out were seamless. Steps away from the beach. Highly recommend for large groups :)

Great for families!

We had a great stay for the weekend with our family. You’re a quick walk to the beach and close to a lot of restaurants & bars in Jax Beach & Atlantic Beach. Grocery stores and retail all within 5-10 min drive. Owners really responsive with all my questions. We had a few minor issues over the weekend but honestly nothing we needed maintenance or fixed immediately. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Immaculate Home in an Unbeatable Location

I and my family stayed in two of the connected units. We found the accommodations comfortable and very clean. The units had nice floorplans that coupled ample space for family activities and dining with privacy. I can't also help but mention how great the location is. You're only about one tiny block beach access and ten minute walks from grocery shopping (Wholefoods is right outside the neighborhood along with Petsmarts). Finally, the beach location is largely residential, meaning that it never was particularly crowded during our stay. All-in-all, a great place to stay. Thanks!
