- Central, spacious Springfield charm! This restored 1914 townhome is right across from UF Health Jax. This is the downstairs unit of a two-story townhome, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath (five steps to enter). Sleeps 4 with one king and one queen. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains, and there's a central workspace for remote work. Free street parking right out front, just please be careful not to block the neighbor's driveway. Walk to Main Street, local breweries, and downtown Jax. Fully furnished and move-in ready.
