💦 POOL HEATING | $35/DAY

Pool heating is available for an additional $35/day from September 15 – May 15, with at least 72 hours' advance notice. The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F; however, temperatures are not guaranteed when overnight lows fall below 55°F.

Inside, bright coastal finishes and an open floor plan create an inviting atmosphere for spending time together. The comfortable living room flows into the dining area, with seating for 6, and fully equipped kitchen, making meals and conversation effortless.



The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, a large island , Keurig coffee maker, traditional coffee maker, blender, and everything needed for cooking at home.



Just off the living area, the sunroom provides a peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee while overlooking the backyard oasis.

🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

• Up to 3 dogs

• $150 per pet fee

• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted



💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a $35/day heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).
