You will have a beautifully maintained pool surrounded with lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining set. Cost to heat the pool is included in nightly price! The foosball table, mini putt, 4 bikes, cornhole and dart board are perfect for trips with the whole family. The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! Furniture and décor made from the local Bali Market from repurposed fishing boats! There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, Target, and Publix. St Augustine is only 45 minutes away and well worth the drive. We were in town for a visit to the Mayo Clinic which was a quick and easy 10-15 minute drive. Check-in was seamless. The host communicated to ensure everything was fine. We had absolutely no issues. The heated pool was nice especially since it turned a bit cold during the week.As a person sensitive to smells, I appreciated how incredibly clean the property was without the lingering smell of cleaning products. Also, as a former Floridian, I was amazed at no musty smells anywhere, not even in the garage.Overall, great stay! Best VRBO experience. It was on a dead end street in a quaint, well kept, quiet, update neighborhood. It was clean! The whole house was perfect. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Modern kitchen that was well stocked. Beautiful private pool. We had Mayo Clinic appointment and this couldn’t have been located better. On the city lines between Jacksonville Beach and Ponta Vedra. It was just blocks from the beach and very close to the 202\. Mayo was just off 202 about 8 mins away. I would highly recommend this rental. The location was perfect for us, the neighborhood was quite and in a safe location. Very close to the Publix, skate park/ play ground. We rode our bikes to the beach down 37th several times. There is minimal on street parking here. We also Drove 15 min to Jax beach and Neptune beach. The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen items for cooking, we made many meals here. The beds were comfortable and had spare bedding and towels available. We really appreciated the spare household products. We really enjoyed the pool, the water was warm and clean. The hosts were readily available if needed. I would bring pool toys and beach chairs/ umbrella if you are traveling with kids. Overall a wonderful stay! Would return! ##### Katie B. Great communication with the owners. Had a few hiccups but all were taken care of pomptly. Pool was amazing! Great location, it is easy to get to A1a. Lots of great local dining. Communication with host was great. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are very nice. We only stayed a few days for appointments at Mayo so didn’t get to enjoy the pool but was nice size and nice patio furniture. Games in the garage so plenty to do for families and on rainy days. Quick response from manager to get a spatula and grill brush. 1 day supply of body wash and shampoo provided. The neighbors near the home is my biggest complaint. A lawn company was partially blocking our driveway and trash can. My husband politely asked the neighbor whose vehicle it was and if they could move it. The neighbor got defensive about it and she asked the company to move it. The next day another neighbor came up to my son asking if the house was a rental or VRBO, and who was staying there. She brought up the previous interaction with the vehicle blocking the driveway. She was very nosy and inebriated. My husband had to again politely explain the situation to her. If they don’t like that there is a vacation rental in their neighborhood then they should bring that up with the homeowners association.
