My husband and I were relocating from Colorado to Jacksonville. Our pod was not going to arrive until a week later. I work from home and my husband is semi retired. We also have a dog and needed a yard that she could enjoy.The place was amazing! If we’ve been a bigger family, we might’ve had challenges finding a spot for my home office, but plenty of rooms for me to choose from since it was just the two of us and our pup, so several locations available for me to do my consulting thing.The yard definitely had a secure fence, which was a big factor. Our dog is reactive to other humans so we like to keep her secure, feeling safe at all times. And keep the neighborhood feeling secure as well cause she’s quite excitable and will bark. We were excited to also learn our new neighborhood and we really wanted to also cook at home because we love doing that and because of our move we’ve been doing a lot of eating out. This kitchen provided everything we could need to cook at home and the location was fantastic for exploring the area.One thing I will say is to give the description extra scrutiny because there is a secondary property. And that might not be occupied the owners/their friends, could just be other random renter like us. And the privacy division is non-existent. It’s a picket fence separating the two.
