Exquisite Oceanfront Condo with Designer Finishes

Escape to luxury in this unforgettable beach condo overlooking the sandy beaches and blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. This light filled oceanfront 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo was completely remodeled in 2019 and is just steps to the beach. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, two flat screen TV’s, washer/dryer, balcony, and two covered reserved parking spaces.

Experience all that Jacksonville Beach has to offer. Watch the sun rise over the horizon from your balcony, walk to the Jacksonville Beach Pavilion to enjoy a seasonal concert, stroll along the beach to the Jacksonville Beach pier, watch a fisherman reel in his catch, hop on bikes and cruise along the shoreline or into town where you can find plenty of shops and quaint restaurants, or just spend a lazy day at the beach or pool soaking in the Florida sun.

The Beachcomber II allows for easy access to downtown Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, Neptune Beach and historic St. Augustine. It is also conveniently located 10 minutes away from the famous Mayo clinic and 15 minutes to the PGA Tour Headquarters and famous TPC Sawgrass Championship golf course.

Beach access is just steps away through Oceanside Park which is directly next to the building.

Condo is exquisite and exactly as described! Very nice that the owner had beach chairs , cooler and towels for us to use since we flew in from out of state. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning! The condo was spotless! The host answered my call on the first ring when I called due to being lost! Lol

The property was perfect for our family of four. Great location, beautiful view of the beach and the fireworks on July 4th, and the condo had everything we needed. It was a very fun and relaxing time and we got some great quality time with our adult children!

Great location, wonderful place!

Perfect location, easy access to the beach. The owners supply everything you need right down to beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Very convenient to great restaurants as well.

Peaceful spot

Had a great visit at this condo with our toddler. Everything was spotless, the bed and couch were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and the access to the beach was close. The kitchen was also well stocked with spices, coffee, and everything needed to cook meals in like we like to do. Just the relaxation we needed for a few days!

Beach get away

Beautiful property. Everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach - it’s all here . Gorgeous view . Ease to access the pool and beach . Could walk to bars / restaurants. 2 parking spaces . Sadly our best offered accessory was the umbrellas . Our time was spent during tropical storm Debby ! Hope to stay again in better circumstances

Great stay!

This condo is in a great area for beach, shopping, and dining. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. Check-in is at the condo, which was wonderful after an 8 hour drive. My only complaint, which just took me a day or two to get used to, was no curtains on the windows in the family and breakfast rooms. The windows/sliders are huge and beautiful with a great view so I understand not having curtains but at night you feel a bit “exposed”. All that being said, I would rent again in a heart beat! Great place to stay!

Nice Oceanfront Unit

We were just looking for a quick 1-week getaway to tack onto a business trip. This unit was great for our needs. Pre-trip, VRBO made payment easy, and communication with the owners was timely and informative. Once you have all the information you need, you can just go straight to the unit. No official "checkin" process required. Unit was clean and exactly as advertised. Balcony faces the Atlantic. Due to the sand dunes, you can't fully see the beach, but the water is in full view. Regarding the beach, it was very nice. Pretty clean and well-kept. The beach police to patrol fairly regularly, which was nice to see. We weren't sure about the "right" way to access the beach, as the building don't seem to have their own planked walkway to the beach. But it was convenient enough for us. Bathrooms were nice. Water pressure in the shower was really good. Everything seems like it was updated within the last several years, which was nice. Just a couple things of note, none of which are showstoppers, by any means: - TVs are Roku TVs, but we could only find one Roku remote. The one works on both TVs. - The balcony is great, but small. If you like to eat on the balcony, you may want to rethink that. - There is no elevator for the building. This 3rd floor unit worked for us, but we are fully mobile and capable of carrying our luggage up stairs. If that is a challenge for you, again, I'd carefully consider that before renting. This is now on our list!

We have stayed here three years in a row and have enjoyed every year. Hard to beat how close to the beach it is, how clean it is and the view.
