Located just off 295 and in a very central location. 3 bedrooms on one side of the home and two bedrooms on another side of the home with common areas in the middle. During your stay, you will have access to the pool, which is ideal for some fun pool time after spending some time at the nearby mini golf course. This house offers everything for a great family vacation or weekend getaway. Available when needed Mandarin is a neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida's Duval County, at the city's southernmost point. It is situated across from Orange Park on the eastern bank of the St. Johns River. Guests will have full access to the house. Our putt putt pool home sleeps 10\. Full kitchen (fridge w/freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and coffee maker), towels, sheets, etc. Wifi is included with a flat-screen TV. Has 5 bedrooms with 3 queen - 1 full - 1 bunk bed (twin and full). Late Check-Outs & Early Arrivals 1-2 hours: $100 2-3 hours: $200 Note: Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule. Please request approval in advance. Refund Policy A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels. General Guidelines ●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. ●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed. ●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains. ●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. ●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. ●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs. ●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving. ●Windows: Keep windows closed for security. ●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. ●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked. ●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. ●Furniture: Do not rearrange. ●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. ●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. Has a nice pool in the fenced backyard. Sreened in porch with TV is were we spent most of our time while the kids played in the pool. 5 bedrooms slept 10 people comfortably. Was about a 20 minute drive to Ice Arena and 35 minutes to beach. ##### Kim N. Very dirty feeling, don’t walk barefoot unless you want black feet. The outside living was wonderful for our children. Lots to play with outside and pool was fine although not clean, they had fun! When we arrived, management from the VRBO company was still in the house and when she left said there were three major things she had to report but they wouldn’t affect our stay…Our checkout time was 11:00 during booking and we were never told that was going to change until the morning of. We were in town for a family wedding and the location was perfect! So much space for us inside and out. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The pool was used almost every minute! The pictures make this look like a "Florida Retreat" but it is definitely NOT. The neighborhood is crummy. Overall the house feels grimy and grungy. There was a leak under the kitchen sink as well as what looked to be a leak coming from one of the bathtubs. The floor was sticky, the whole place was dingy - holes in the walls and water stains on walls and baseboards throughout. There was a broken set of drawers in one of the closets so my family staying in that room couldn't store their clothes during our stay. Several rooms had ceiling fans/lights that were broken and didn't work properly. There were very few extra blankets in the house so several family members had to use towels on top of them to keep themselves warm. The mattresses are REALLY uncomfortable. The towels in our room had just been bought from Walmart - the tags were still on them, meaning they had not been washed before for our use. To top it all off - even though there are pictures of fire in the fireplace in the listing photos - you are actually not allowed to use the fireplace which was a bummer since it was winter during our visit with temps in the 30's. I could go on and on but the point is that this property was not well represented in the listing, not well taken care of and we definitely don't recommend this house for anyone in the future. ##### Joel S.
