IF available the late checkout fee is $25/hour. Early check-in IF available is also $25 per hour needed. Any unauthorized late checkout will incur a late checkout fee of $100 for the first hour and $100 for each hour thereafter. Please do not attempt to break in or tamper with our owners closet which is located in the kitchen. There will be $250 fee assessed if the owner's closet is damaged in any way.
