Fun Family tTime

The house fit our needs. We enjoyed the porch, relaxing & reading & watching the locals walk their dogs. The location worked well for us & we enjoyed Jacksonville Zoo & local museums. Any small problems we had Heather was very quick to respond and address. We would stay here again.

Casa de blues is a beautifully restored historic house in a terrific location. Within walking distance of the Jaguars stadium and also several wonderful restaurants and brewery. The owner does a wonderful job with communication and was very accommodating to a last-minute request to add an extra night. Check in and check out we’re very easy..

Great Location for Concerts

Friends and I stayed here for the Dave Matthews Band concerts at Daily’s Place. Perfect location to everything downtown! Had a wonderful time!

Amazing Place to Stay!

This property was absolutely perfect! It felt even bigger than the pictures portrayed. It is a beautiful house and neighborhood as well. It was the perfect place for an idyllic vacation. I most definitely recommend and can see myself staying here again in the future!

Overall Good Experience

The property was clean and reasonably maintained. The owner/manager was easy to deal with, and the price was competitive. My only issue was the linens on the downstairs King size bed/master bedroom, the sheets felt like there was grit in them, and a slight odor. The only pillows to sleep on were the decorative pillows with the shams on them so I had to find pillowcases to put over them. Also, I think they should take more pride in their American flag. There are several in the neighborhood and this one was extremely faded and torn.

Wedding Trip

We got married at Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens on Saturday July 20th. We booked the house with some of our bridal party and it was perfect! It was close to everything, beautiful historic neighborhood and offered great picture opportunities as we all got ready. Highly recommend this property.

I recently stayed at this property in Jacksonville, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a clean, well-kept space that felt like home. The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The amenities provided exceeded expectations, and the comfortable beds made for a great night’s sleep after exploring the city. Great for multiple couples

The house worked out well for 8 family members driving into town to attend a memorial service at NAS JAX. The two master bedrooms with private baths were a plus. Lots of charm to this renovated, older home. Everything in the house is adequate for a comfortable stay. Lots of parking on the street. Surprisingly a very quiet neighborhood!

Spacious property in quiet neighborhood close Ever Bank Stadium. Sorry, I will never refer to it as “Trever Bank Stadium” - give me a break Duval. Travelled to watch the Browns beat the Jags. Short quick Uber ride.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!

We would highly recommend La Casa de Blues! Beautiful home with space for many. We had 3 adult couples staying. Everyone had their own private bedroom AND bathroom with space for more. The area was so nice and just a short easy drive to EverBank Stadium. If needing to be in the Jacksonville area, we will definitely look to reserve this home again!
