Perfect for football fans, concert-goers, contractors or large groups, you are just a 10-minute walk from EverBank Stadium and Daily's Place. This newly renovated home combines classic charm with modern conveniences, featuring tall ceilings and an open, airy layout that feels very spacious. Relax out on the upstairs patio and enjoy the aroma of coffee coming from Maxwell House nearby.

    First floor consists of two living room spaces, dining room, laundry room, one bathroom and a kitchen with granite countertops, subway style backsplash. The appliances consist of a full-size french door refrigerator with water dispenser and icemaker, electric glass-top range, microwave and dishwasher. Downstairs also includes a full-size bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub.

    All four bedrooms are located upstairs with additional full-size bathroom with separate vanities and shower/tub.

    Includes a fully fenced in yard for Fido.

    No smoking permitted inside the unit - only outside on the patio please!

Roaches everywhere in kitchen. and dirty linens. Host warned me the day of check in that the M bedroom door didn’t lock due to previous renter however the door was 1/2 eaten by a dog! Master bed had yellow stains and dirt. Definitely too far to walk to the Vystar Stadium. Definitely not worth the price. Super disappointed for my birthday stay here. I didn’t even shower there because there were black droppings everywhere in Master Bath.

House is as seen in photos. Nice to have it pet friendly. Close to sports venues but the streets are not so easy to navigate- uber might be a better option.
