House recently has been totally updated, bathrooms, kitchen and with all stainless steal appliances, awesome entertaining system with surround sound, WiFi and cable are included. Enjoy the back yard, grill a hot dog or go for a swim in a private pool, just steps way from the patio door. With all the amenities of home, you will not want to leave. We are located in the center of Orange Park, close to the beltway, the mall, minutes from Naval Air Station Jacksonville and Down Town Jacksonville. I also forgot to mention that we are only 22 miles to the Jax Beachs. We enjoyed how spacious the property was and an at home feel. Pool is a very nice size but we were unable to use due to weather. All the comforts of home can be found in the kitchen and a properly outfitted laundry room. Ample sleeping space for a larger family. The neighborhood was not as expected but this home is a little oasis in a well established neighborhood and likely the best home in the neighborhood.
