The only mild complaint I could even find was the carpets could use a cleaning and we found pine needles under the couch, but besides that everything was very clean. The carpets weren’t horrible and we did stay just a week after a major storm so it was understandable. The property had everything we needed. It was very rainy so we didn’t use the backyard to comment on that amenity. The property was close to many restaurants and only a 10 min drive to the cruise port. That would have been more of a hassle than it was worth. But the house was not very clean overall. Donnie was quick to respond and refunded a good portion of what we paid. I also suggest stocking basic essentials. There were no ziplocs or foil, etc. and no cleaning supplies other than dish soap. The neighborhood was darling and felt very safe.
