Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 4 blocks away from the ocean 8 blocks away from Jax Beach bars & restaurant strip 15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic The home is newly renovated yet keeps its beachy, old school feel. With a smart TV and blazing fast internet, you will be able to stay connected during your stay. This is a bottom floor unit and does not come with a yard. It is a very small unit, much like a hotel room, at only 250 sq ft total. The house is surrounded by businesses. The "neighborhood" actually starts one more block east. This means that it is very quiet during the days but can be busy during nights with the close by bars and restaurants. Walk to the Beach and all our favorite Jax Beach spots, quick drive up to City Center and Neptune Beach, and less than 15 minutes to Mayo!!!!! Taco Bell drive through is right next door, but if you sleep with any background noise, like a fan, you won’t hear anything. Was not an issue at all. Zac was awesome!! He’s quick to respond and very helpful. This space is comparable in size to a hotel room suite. But, more private, and convenient. Great price point as well. Definitely going to stay again.
