Pros:- clean nicely renovated place- spacious- all appliances, cattlery, linen includedCons:- swamp smell to the water- look around the area in street view, is it ok for you- property description missing important rules, such as no access to garage, no gatherings- some friction in addressing issues (could not remove wasp nest in a week)
