The location was close to downtown and the beaches. The dock provided a nice place to sit and fish. Overall, the home was perfect and very accommodating. I would definitely rent the property again.

Picture perfect!

Our family needed a place to stay for a competition at Jacksonville Sporting Clay Range. This house was the absolute perfect location! My son loved being able to fish off the dock! I was able to lounge by the pool and read a book in our down time. We will definitely book this location again!

We Loved Casa Mar!!

We had an amazing family vacation. The dock was wonderful, fishing, sunsets, dolphins and the view was beautiful. Our family loved it. The back yard was amazing and the family and kids loved it. The location was so close to everything, Kingsley plantation, Hugenot State Park and Nassau Sound! We will definitely be back at the Casa Mar. Birthday Trip

We booked this trip so my oldest who is stationed at Mayport could be a part of the birthday celebration for her youngest brother. The house was perfect! The ones that wanted to fish enjoyed fishing off the dock; I enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets in the dock and watching the dolphins & birds. We will definitely be staying again the next time we have the opportunity!

Amazing place

Oh my goodness the first thing we have to say is the place smelled so amazing that I’m definitely contacting them to get their secrets for my house. The house was so beautifully set up and clean. The house has such wonderful accommodations something for every person that could enter whether a single couple or family of four. We will definitely be staying again and recommending to all our family and friends. The pool was Awesome so well kept up and not to chlorinated. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular. Love this place.

Comfortable Stay

We had a very comfortable stay at this location. The dolphin watching was amazing, they really came in much closer than expected. We fished from the dock and caught some nice reds and tripletail along with some speckled trout. The property owner was extremely accommodating due to the circumstances of hurricane Milton. For our needs the location was perfect and we would certainly stay here again. Much better than wasting money on hotels. Thank you again, Joseph, for your impeccable hospitality.

The home is beautifully located along the St. Johns River. We spent a lot of time on the dock and was able to see dolphins which made my grandson's day. The host responded in a timely manner to answer any questions. I am definitely going to return!!!

We were delighted with this charming home! It has 3 spacious bedrooms with a living room and fireplace! Plenty of parking. The backyard had so much to offer. A dock on the canal with abundant wildlife. Joseph answered any questions we ask.We would love to book it again. Thrilled we got a chance to be there. Convenient to everything .

Relaxing and quiet

Nice, quiet, clean little spot on the river. Comfy beds, nice linens, decent appliances. Lacked an actual dining table, instead it was just a fold up card table and chairs. Overall, great place...The funky smell of the water that came out of the showers and faucets, however, was atrocious. The only thing that would keep us from returning again in the future would be that.
