Great Family Stay

We were looking for a property close to our family who live in the Riverside area. Boy did we find a GEM! Close to everything we wanted to see and do. Very clean and had all the basics you'd need. Our host was super easy to contact and very responsive. We will definitely be going back for more visits and will ask if we can stay there again.

Trendy Duplex

While exhibiting at a horse show, my trainer and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. If the host added a coffee maker, coffee, creamer, sweetner, and a basket of breakfast bites for folks rushing to get away in the mornings, his guests will greatly appreciate the extra niceties. Every morning, we had to make a stop at WaWa for coffee and breakfast on the way to the Jacksonville Equestrian Center. Otherwise, our stay was most pleasant.

Host was attentive and informative for booking and check in information. The home was clean but lacked some basics, like hangers for clothes, towel rods, also the bathroom outlet was not functioning. Not sure if the upstairs was occupied by guests or the owner but you could hear every door or drawer being opened/closed, footsteps, dog walking /barking at any given time.
