You can unwind in the living room with the HDTV or gather around the dining table to share meals and map out the day’s plans. Just beyond, the enclosed Florida Room offers an inviting extension of the interior space, with tranquil views of the surrounding fairways. Both bedrooms connect to this light-filled room, creating an easy flow and an additional place to read, work, or simply take in the scenery.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite and marble countertops and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster are included, along with a dining table nearby for casual breakfasts or evening dinners at home. Whether you’re preparing something simple before heading out or enjoying a quiet meal in, the space is designed for easy, everyday living.

Sleeping Arrangements
This condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms and three beds. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and convenient access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A bathtub is also available within the home, offering flexibility for different guest needs. Bathroom essentials, a hair dryer, and an iron are provided, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Comfort & Amenities
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain a pleasant indoor climate year-round. Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected or work remotely if needed. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. A private entrance allows for easy arrival, and Self check-in with a keypad provides flexible access.

Outdoor & Community Access
Step outside to enjoy the patio or balcony area, or spend time at the community pool. As part of Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, guests have access to the community pool and the beach access point only - no parking here. Free parking on premises - 2 spaces - is available at the condo.

Situated in the Quail Pointe neighborhood of Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, you’re close to Ponte Vedra Beach’s shoreline, golf courses, local restaurants, and shops. Days can be spent along the coast, on the greens, or discovering nearby dining, all within easy reach of your peaceful retreat.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
