This house is within 5 minutes of shopping. A large variety of great restaurants as well as The University of North Florida within 15 minutes of both downtown Jacksonville and Jacksonville beaches. It features a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen, the third bedroom with a full, and a full detached bathroom next to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. And 2 rollaway beds. The space This home has a large screened in patio overlooking the neighborhood pond, with comfortable chairs and a hammock for lounging. The patio opens up to a large fenced in backyard, that offers both a quiet place for taking in the pond or a great place to have a backyard barbecue with the grill. Looking for more activity, we also have a foosball table and ping pong table located in the attached garage. There is a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for cooking large or small meals to be served at the dining room table that seats up to 10 comfortably. The living room has a large couch that faces a 65 inch TV, great for watching anything from sports to movies.
